// How Ownership Works

Own a Share. Know the Terms.

The full mechanics behind your Founding Share — what it costs, what it gets you, and what happens if you ever leave.

// The Structure

A Community Benefit Society.

The Owners Club operates as a UK Community Benefit Society. The Society owns the fleet outright and leases it to FGEN Racing Ltd to operate. It is not a financial vehicle — it is a legal structure for shared ownership of physical assets, governed by its members.

What Founding Owners get.

Access to the fleet through Track Days and Car Hire
Owners Club car meets
Trips to European tracks
Private car hire
Standing as a Founding Owner — a fixed, non-expanding tier once the 1,350 cap is reached

// Staying Active

£500 a year, on the cars.

Ownership requires a minimum of £500 a year spent on Track Days or Car Hire. It keeps the Club a community of active participants, not passive shareholders — the car access is the point, not the share itself.

// Leaving the Club

A clear exit, after four years.

A Founding Share can be withdrawn once the £500 a year minimum spend has been met consistently across a 4-year period from the initial £750 purchase. It keeps the Club made up of Owners who actually use the fleet, with a clear point at which a share can be released if someone chooses to step away.
